Our Services
Columbine Engineering was the Prime Consultant working under US Engineering for this Design-Build project. We provided mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as managed the architectural and structural sub-consultants. The project at Goldrick Elementary School included replacement of all the original steam unit ventilators with new unit ventilators which included a chilled water coil for future use. The building automation system was upgraded as part of this project, as well as, the refurbishment of the cafeteria and auditorium air handling units.
